ADP Account Maintenance
CPSG's Advanced Development Platform (ADP) is a research, demonstration, collaboration, and knowledge management tool for use by the EA practice.
The platform allows for recreation of client environments using multiple platforms and software configurations. The ADP is capable of demonstrating
integrated software solutions, and testing experimental concepts using real-world scenarios. The ADP facilitates CPSG's collective knowledge and
experience for reuse and re-construction.

| The CPSG 4D methodology™ consists of a Project Management methodology and a Project Execution Methodology. This allows our professional services group to combine CPSG 4D methodologies with client preferred methodologies resulting in a best fit for the client. |

OTL Time Entry is required for all CPSG Full Time Employees, and Contractors. Whether or not your time is spent on delivering client projects or doing other work, you must enter your time into Oracle. Time should be entered once a week on Fridays by 4 PM. If you plan to work over the weekend, estimate your weekend hours and adjust them on Monday. | |||||

| Confluence is an enterprise wiki that makes it easy for CPSG to collaborate and share knowledge.. Confluence is the place to add your project documents, methodology, practice offerings, and client deliverables for reuse. | Subversion, along with Trac Wiki collects and archives code from current and previous clients. The code may be researched, re-used, and re-deployed to speed up client engagements, and provide examples for other consultants. Subversion simply and quickly moves and updates code, while is used to store and search through the code. |
